Before founding Hartree, Anoop excelled in several high-impact roles, including Product Manager at Schneider Electric and Global Product Head of Sustainability and Autonomous Control at Honeywell. In these capacities, he was instrumental in launching several offerings and propelling them into multimillion-dollar Innovative SaaS solutions.

In 2023, Anoop established Hartree with a mission to empower organizations to enhance their environmental performance and minimize carbon footprints through cutting-edge technologies. His vision for Hartree is built on a foundation of using technology as a catalyst for environmental sustainability and devising solutions that make a significant difference. Under his leadership, Hartree is at the forefront of assisting businesses in navigating and excelling in their sustainability journeys.

Before joining Hartree, James held pivotal roles at Schneider Electric and North Carolina State University. His tenure at these institutions was characterized by groundbreaking strategies that significantly enhanced energy management systems and achieved remarkable cost savings. His efforts have not only conserved energy but have also solidified enduring partnerships with industrial stakeholders, elevating their sustainability operations to new heights.

Beyond his professional endeavors, James has been an influential figure in industry associations. He served as the Region II Vice President for the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and the Region V Vice President for the Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE), dedicating his expertise to advance the industry's standards.

At Hartree, James plays a crucial role in shaping the product development roadmap, bringing his wealth of knowledge to the forefront of our sustainability missions. Andrew Neff

a bachelor’s degree from Miami University and has a track record of orchestrating comprehensive strategy and commercial operations.

Prior to joining Hartree, Andrew spent roughly 10 years at General Electric in Market & Competitive Intelligence and at Honeywell as the General Manager & Chief Product Officer for their SPS Portables business, leading new product innovation, strategy, and global commercialization. Most recently, he was Vice President of Product Marketing and Commercial Operations at Quorum Software, where he leads go-to-market and commercialization for the global portfolio of software offerings.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Andrew has made significant contributions to youth sports through volunteer coaching. He serves as one of the founding board members of the Georgia High School Water Polo League and has held coaching roles at Lakeside High School, Saint Ignatius High School, and USA Water Polo as one of the program's Olympic Development Coaches.

At Hartree, Andrew plays a critical role in our sales enablement, go-to-market, and strategic direction. His experience and insights will ensure that our solutions continue to exceed our customer's expectations and evolve to meet the various demands of energy efficiency and sustainable practices.

Kurt Ehlers

Kurt brings extensive experience spanning the energy, architecture/engineering/construction (AEC), and commercial real estate sectors. Throughout his career, he has focused on building high-value client relationships, identifying emerging market opportunities, and supporting the successful execution of complex infrastructure and sustainability projects.

Prior to joining Hartree, Kurt held business development and client-facing roles where he collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to large organizations. At Hartree, he is committed to helping organizations achieve their decarbonization and energy performance goals through practical, technology-driven approaches.

Kurt is a U.S. Navy veteran with specialized training in nuclear power operations. He studied at the University of Maryland and Auburn University. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Lauren, their two sons, Evan and Harrison, and their dog, Bingo. Outside of work, he enjoys wakesurfing and is an avid Atlanta sports fan.
